Residential Landscape Architectural Services to Enhance Existing Landscape and Increase Privacy

Working with a real estate agent and the buyers of a home located in Frankfort, Illinois, Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) was hired to redesign the existing landscape to add privacy. WCG provided a conceptual plan that showcased the impact of new berms and landscape. The combination of texture, color, and varying plant sizes provides year-round interest and privacy. A customized gate was proposed for the existing driveway and entry columns, along with colorful shrubs and perennials. These landscape additions create an inviting atmosphere as one enters the residence. The landscape beds were enhanced with additional plantings to emphasize the grandeur of the site.
