Redevelopment of Former Fuel Station into a Wendy’s Drive-Thru

Wendy’s commissioned Weaver Consultants Group to redevelop a former vehicle repair shop and fuel station into a new 2,200 SF drive-thru restaurant with accompanying parking. The project included installing a dry bottom basin at the back of the property to manage stormwater runoff. To ensure sustainability, WCG incorporated low-water-use plantings catered to Arizona’s climate.
