Vequity engaged Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) to provide civil engineering services for a proposed 7,300 SF multi-tenant commercial building located at the intersection of Sauk Trail and Cicero Avenue. The design features three retail spaces, including a key anchor tenant space equipped with a drive-thru.

WCG’s scope of work included developing detailed civil engineering plans to support the successful operation of this commercial property. The project integrates essential infrastructure elements to accommodate both retail operations and customer access, ensuring a functional and appealing commercial space for the community.
