Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) provided both civil engineering and landscape design services for a 2,300 SF Starbucks situated on a 2-acre lot. The site design integrates access through an ingress/egress easement connected to a neighboring property.

To address stormwater management, WCG designed a dry bottom basin located west of the parking lot, per MWRD requirements. The site plan includes a range of essential features, such as a trash enclosure, parking stalls, and bike parking. These elements collectively support efficient site functionality and sustainability.
