Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) was engaged to prepare civil engineering and landscape plans for a proposed 7-Eleven convenience store and fuel center on a 2-acre lot. This project involved the demolition of two existing commercial buildings to make way for the new development. Additionally, the project included subdividing the lot into two commercial parcels, ensuring flexibility for future development.
