Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) provided DECI inspection services for the proposed renewable natural gas (RNG) facility, which included the installation of approximately 1.2 miles of 4-inch-diameter natural gas pipeline. DECI inspections were conducted throughout active construction to ensure compliance with applicable permit conditions and regulatory requirements.

Inspection services included routine and post-rain inspections, evaluations of erosion and sediment control measures, material-handling practices, and overall site conditions along the pipeline corridor. WCG led inspection meetings and coordinated closely with the contractor, project team, and applicable regulatory agencies. Inspection findings, observed deficiencies, and required corrective action items were clearly documented and communicated to facilitate timely resolution. Follow-up inspections were conducted to verify that corrective measures had been implemented appropriately.
