Since 2022, Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) has provided comprehensive DECI inspection services during active construction to ensure compliance with applicable state and county permit conditions, approved construction plans, and regulatory requirements necessary for the successful operation and expansion of the landfill. Inspection services include routine weekly and post-rain inspections to evaluate erosion and sediment control measures, stormwater conveyance features, material management practices, and overall site conditions within active construction areas.

WCG leads project inspection meetings and coordinates closely with the owner, contractor, and project management team to review inspection findings, discuss site conditions, and identify corrective actions. Inspection results, observed deficiencies, and required corrective action items are documented in detailed inspection reports and clearly communicated to project stakeholders to facilitate timely implementation. WCG also conducts follow-up inspections to verify that corrective measures have been properly addressed and that site conditions remain in compliance with the state and county permit requirements.  WCG prepared the corresponding stormwater inspection reports and worked closely with county stormwater regulators to ensure compliance with the county permit requirements.

This proactive and collaborative inspection and coordination approach supports ongoing regulatory compliance, minimizes environmental risk, and promotes efficient construction progress while reducing the potential for delays or enforcement actions.
