Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) prepared plans for a new 2,300 SF drive-through that replaced an existing Wendy’s restaurant. This development required a thorough overhaul of site utilities, accessible routes, parking, and landscape elements. The building’s elevation was raised over two feet to address local flooding concerns in the area. Additionally, WCG designed and implemented Florida-friendly landscape and irrigation systems to ensure sustainable site restoration and enhance the restaurant’s overall appeal.
