Civil Engineering for Starbucks and 7-Eleven Buildout

Weaver Consultants Group (WCG) provided civil engineering services for the development of a 5,000 SF 7-Eleven convenience store with a fuel station and a 2,300 SF Starbucks with a drive-thru situated at the intersection of South Archer Avenue and South Western Avenue. The project involved demolishing an existing 16,000 SF building to proceed with the new development.

The scope of work included designing key site elements such as trash enclosures, underground storage tanks, a fuel canopy, and bike parking. Additionally, the project required permitting from both the City of Chicago and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and compliance with stormwater management requirements.
