  • Exceeding Client Expectations

Icon Ongoing Training

On the first day of employment, every Weaver employee undergoes onboarding training in workplace safety and site-specific practices. Training continues throughout their employment for each project and annually to cover updated regulations, industry standards, and Company policies.

Employees are provided and required to wear standard PPE on project sites – including hard hats, puncture-resistant steel toe boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, high-vis clothing, and more.

In line with our “Safety First” approach, every meeting within our organization begins with a relevant safety message to raise awareness and discuss new proactive safety measures.

We require site-specific safety plans to mitigate potential risks through hazard identification and assessment at project sites before work begins. This preparation aims to help our staff avoid injuries and unnecessary risk exposure.

Employees perform self-safety inspections and daily task analyses to ensure awareness of daily risks on project sites.

Our board-certified safety team regularly travels to project sites to inspect equipment, observe work procedures and site conditions, and train employees on best practices.

Weaver utilizes technology-driven Lone Worker programs for isolated workers on remote projects.

At Weaver Consultants Group, all employees are encouraged to report hazards through our near miss reporting program. Each report is promptly evaluated by our Health and Safety and Leadership teams, with actionable follow-ups.
