Phase I ESA ASTM 1527-13 / All Appropriate Inquiry

The objective of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) or All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) is to identify conditions that, through the review of certain reasonably available information, may indicate the presence of a recognized environmental condition as defined in ASTM 1527-13. Our Phase I ESA’s include but are not limited to a review of government records, a site reconnaissance, interviews, and a review of historical records (i.e. aerial photographs, topographic maps, fire insurance maps, local street directories, etc.) which are compiled and summarized in a report.  Weaver Consultants Group is prepared to assist you in any of the below activities:
